Check-In Time
Provided we have advance notice, Casa Rama can accommodate most guest check-in times. Advance notice is required for all check-ins earlier than noon and later than 9:00pm.
Check-Out Time
Casa Rama requires a check-out time of 11:00am, which will enable us to prepare the rooms for our imminent guests.
Deposit
No deposit is required as long as a credit card number is given to secure the room reservation. The card will not be charged until the check-out date. At least a 12 hour notice is required to cancel a reservation otherwise a one day room rate will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Payment
Casa Rama requires the full balance upon the guests' departure. There will be a 7% city tax and a 6% state tax added to each bill. Casa Rama accepts payment through the form of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal travelerís checks, and cash.
Rates
Casa Rama's rates are based upon double occupancy in each room. If you have an additional person, it will be an additional $25.00 per day charge. The third person will have a rollaway bed. Our rates include a full breakfast, which is served every morning in our breakfast area.
Casa Rama's rates are subject to change without notice. We also provide group, corporate, weekly, and monthly rates at a discounted price.
Children
Due to our fragile furnishings and lack of childproofing, Casa Rama cannot accommodate guests younger than 13. However, we always welcome older children who are well behaved. For our guests who need special accommodations, like our wheelchair-bound guests, Casa Rama will happily provide ramps and railings in any place that contains stairs or steps.
Casa Rama does not permit smoking or pets anywhere in the house.
